Beans

2 pound green beans
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
4 cloves garlic
2 1/2 cups water
2 1/2 cups vinegar
Pack beans into hot jars, leaving 1/4" space. To each pint add 1/4 teaspoon
pepper, 1 clove garlic, and 1 head dill. Combine remaining ingredients
and bring to a boil. Pour boiling hot over beans leaving 1/4" head space.
Adjust caps. Process 10 min. in boliling water. Let stand 2 weeks before
eating. (I have never processed them for the 10 minutes)
