Broccoli
Mushroom Salad

Dressing: combine
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup salad oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salad
1 bunch broccoli using just the flowrettes
2 green onion bunches cut into 1 inch pieces
1 8 ounce package fresh mushrooms, sliced
Pour 1/2 dressing over broccoli mixyure, then let the rest of the dressing
set for a complete hour. Pour the other half over the mixture just before
serving. |
