Baked
Mashed Potatoes

5 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/4 pound margarine (1 stick)
1 cup sour cream
8 ounces cream cheese
1 teaspoon seasoned salt (such as Lowrey's)
1 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Boil potatoes until done. Drain, add all other
ingredients and mash until thoroughly mixed. Place mixture in a greased
13 x 9 x 2 casserole dish. Cover and refrigerate over night. Before
baking topp with corn flake crumbs or other crunchy cereal (or potato chips).
Bake for 90 minutes (1-1/2 hours) at 350.
Carol says that this is a great dish to prepare
if company is coming because it doesn't take precious time at the last
minute.
