Medley

2 yellow squash (sliced)
2 zucchini (sliced)
1 tomato (diced)
1 onion (chopped)
2 bay leaves
butter
1/4 cup parmmesan cheese (grated)
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste
Slice squash and zucchin, chop onion and dice tomato. Saute the
squash, zuccchini and onion in butter for approximately 5 - 10 minutes.
Add all spices and mix. Just before you are to serve add the tomato
and mix well. Then sprinkle the cheese on top and let it melt over
a low heat.
