Chili
Bean & Rice Soup
a "no-fat" recipe

Large can chili beans with sauce or add spices
3/4 can of water
Garlic, minced to taste
onion, minced to taste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 cup brown rice (instant is easy)
1 15-16 ounce can stewed tomatoes
1 bay leaf
Chili powder, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
add a can of green chilies etc., to add more spice if desired. |
