Chicken Tortilla Soup
from the kitchen of Georgia Harding


 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro 
1 tablespoon fresh line juice
1 teaspoon cumin
6-8 chicken tenders
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup chopped onions
1   14 ounce can chicken broth
1   14 ounce can water
1   10 ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 cup frozen corn niblets
1 can black beans
2 cloves minced garlic
1 large avocado
Shredded Monterey & Colby Cheese
Tortilla Chips

Combine all ingredients except avocado, cheese and tortilla chips, in a crockpot. Start in the morning and it will be ready in time for super. Before serving, slice avocado into each bowl. Top the soup with tortilla chips and
cheese.
